  • Sep 04, 2024 This is a private studio sharing walls with nobody, nestled in a fenced yard blocks from the slough and a bit of a walk from one of the most beautiful San Diego beaches. The bed was comfy, so was the couch the size of a twin bed. The fridge is tiny as it fits under the counter, but all necessary kitchen items are available. The bathroom would be tricky for extra long-legged or large people as the front of the toilet squeezes up against the shower. Perfect choice for one to three people, peaceful and a great value for the location! Tasha Wilson

We spent most mornings sipping coffee in the garden and most afternoon reading there as well; nice shady spot. The location was great for us. We hiked at Torrey Pines each day and then grabbed a meal down the street. Didn’t drive much. Hope to come back soon. Paula Tye

The backyard is as pictured and we enjoyed a glass of wine nightly by the gas pit. Parking is on street but we never had a problem finding a space right in front. Hosts were timely and we got frequent text updates. Would stay again! Also at last minute we brought our small dog and it was perfect for her too! Kimberly Kent

Great neighborhood, walking distance to everything, great local restaurants and coffee shops just down the street, quaint and well maintained fairytale yard with BBQ, firepit and peaceful sitting area. The house was clean, the bed was comfortable, the linens are high quality and the amenities are hotel grade. Small kitchen but worked perfectly for us. We had a small issue, where we did not have the heater in the correct mode when we first arrived, but that was quickly resolved The price was a bit of a stretch for our budget, but we felt it was worth it to be near Torrey Pines. Very good location to all surrounding areas and very walkable to the coffee, pizza, and burrito spot right down the road. The place was spotless and everything was extremely comfortable. Definitely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in and I will absolutely book it again when I come back in to town in the future Tim Johnson

  • Sep 28, 2023 Cozy cottage I'm a San Diego native & was pleasantly surprised with this rental since moving out of state. The location was a DREAM! Perfect distance to downtown or North County. Walking distance (literally a stone's throw) from a really great coffee shop overlooking Torrey Pines Preserve, mini-market, Mexican, Italian and a few more as well as beach and trail walking access. Would definitely stay here again. Fully stocked cottage with anything you'd need for your getaway!! Only 10 mins from downtown Del Mar and the dog beach which was also a huge plus with my 2 dogs. Within walking distance from excellent restaurants and the beach! We walked to the beach every day. There are excellent hiking trails with ocean vista views in the preserve across the street. Welcome to Seashore Studio, your perfect coastal retreat in the heart of Del Mar, California. This beautiful and private studio is located just across the street from the lagoons of Torrey Pines State Beach, surrounded by trees and gentle ocean breezes. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of this quiet residential neighborhood, with your own private yard, entrance, and luscious landscaping.

The studio features a comfortable queen size bed and a sleeper sofa that opens into another queen size bed if needed, perfect for small families or couples. Though the studio is 400 sq ft, it is fully equipped with all the standard amenities you might need during your stay, including fine linens and bedding by Comphy, a full gas range, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a space-appropriate fridge and freezer.

Entertainment and relaxation in the living area is complemented with a flat panel Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and, of course, a full private bath. The studio comes fully stocked with all the necessary toiletries, towels, dishes, cookware, and utensils.

Just a few minutes' walk away from Del Mar's gorgeous beaches, popular surf spots, and upscale boutiques and award-winning restaurants in downtown Del Mar, Seashore Studio is perfectly situated for exploring all that the area has to offer. This property is intended for use by responsible adults and their families. There is a zero tolerance policy for parties, excessive noise and events. This home is equipped with noise monitoring systems and the noise ordinance will be strictly enforced.
No outside noise after 10pm, otherwise the police will be called and the violation will result in immediate eviction and $1,000.00 fine.

Pets discouraged. If approved, limit 1 small dogs per group. Pet Fee: $100/night/dog. Guests must disclose their dog(s) information and get approval. Failure to notify us may result in additional charges.

If you are permitted to bring a dog, please do not leave them unattended at the house. Make sure to pick up after your pet. No barking tolerated by neighboring apartments.

Sep 28, 2023 Cozy cottage I'm a San Diego native & was pleasantly surprised with this rental since moving out of state. The location was a DREAM! Perfect distance to downtown or North County. Walking distance (literally a stone's throw) from a really great coffee shop overlooking Torrey Pines Preserve, mini-market, Mexican, Italian and a few more as well as beach and trail walking access. Would definitely stay here again. Fully stocked cottage with anything you'd need for your getaway!! Only 10 mins from downtown Del Mar and the dog beach which was also a huge plus with my 2 dogs. The beach is close by and I walked there with my dog every day. Groceries, restaurants and trails are super close by and I was able to get them easily. Parking was a breeze. Jun 05, 2023 This property was adorable! Good quality sheets, towels, dishes, glasses. The outdoor space was intimate and beautiful with flowers and comfy chairs. Within walking distance from excellent restaurants and the beach! We walked to the beach every day. There are excellent hiking trails with ocean vista views in the preserve across the street. Would love to come back to this property in the future. Mary Anne Henselmann
